Now we add intelligence:
→ Intent detection
→ Personalization
→ Platform, locale, brand adaptation
It understands who the user is and what they need.

We need experience across:
→ Touch, visual, audio, voice, gesture
→ Haptic, text, ambient, motion
One intent, expressed in the best way for the context.

This is how the system stays aligned with your standards (at scale).
When multimodal interfaces meet agentic intelligence, they can:
